We meet once a month for Contemplative Prayer. This will be an opportunity to practice prayer in various ways.

This month we will pray using a format called The Examen. The Examen is a prayer practice that helps you become aware of God’s presence in the ordinary, everyday moments of your life. It involves reviewing your day with Jesus to find moments of connection and disconnection.
